Because SimYaar provides international roaming data services, we do not request, process, or store your National Identity Card (CNIC), biometric thumbprints, or physical passport scans.
1. What Information We Collect
We adhere strictly to data minimization standards. We only collect the minimal essentials required to deliver and support your purchase:
- Full Name: To address you on your invoice and setup instructions.
- Email Address: To deliver your eSIM installation QR code and receipt.
- WhatsApp Phone Number: To provide direct customer support if you need assistance during configuration.
- Payment Proof Screenshot: Temporarily inspected by our finance team to match your manual transfer against bank deposits.
2. How We Protect Your Data
All communication between your browser and our server is secured using strong TLS/HTTPS encryption. Internal payment verification files are protected against unauthorized directory traversal and public crawling.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only communicated securely to:
- eSIM Allocation Networks: To generate and register your roaming profile.
- Transactional Email Relay (Hostinger SMTP): Strictly to send your activation QR email.
4. Data Retention
Payment screenshots are retained only as long as necessary to complete bookkeeping verification and are purged periodically. You may request deletion of your contact records at any time by contacting our support team.
