1. Overview & Service Scope
SimYaar provides prepaid digital roaming eSIM profiles designed for short-term and extended travel in Pakistan. Services are provided on a data-only basis over partner cellular networks, roaming on Jazz 4G LTE. Traditional voice telephony and SMS numbers are not included.
2. Device Compatibility & Unlocking
The customer is responsible for ensuring their mobile handset is carrier-unlocked and possesses embedded eSIM capability (verifiable via EID check). SimYaar provides a complimentary compatibility checker tool; however, carrier locks imposed by foreign mobile carriers must be resolved by the user with their carrier.
3. PTA Regulatory Classification
SimYaar eSIM profiles function through international roaming agreements. They do not assign local Pakistani MSISDN (local SIM phone numbers) and are exempt from local DIRBS device blocking. SimYaar is intended for legitimate visitors, tourists, business travelers, and overseas Pakistanis.
4. Validity & Activation
The validity period (e.g. 7, 15, 30, or 60 days) begins immediately upon the eSIM's first network attachment inside Pakistan. Profiles that remain uninstalled expire 90 days after delivery.
5. Manual Payment Verification
In Phase 1, payments are collected via manual transfer (JazzCash QR Code or Meezan Bank). Customers must submit valid payment proof. Orders are provisioned once the funds reflect in our accounts. Providing falsified or forged transaction receipts will result in immediate cancellation and blacklisting.
6. Fair Usage & Lawful Use
Users agree to utilize mobile data strictly for lawful communications. Activities violating local telecom laws, unauthorized network exploitation, or spam are strictly prohibited.
